- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–14 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability and local conditions.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
- Standard shipping charges apply to orders below ₹999
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply where available
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking ID
- Courier partner details
- Tracking link via SMS or email
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available in selected pincodes across India.
- Please ensure correct address and phone number for smooth delivery.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, contact our support team with your order number.
We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you promptly.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos/videos before opening
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order ID and proof for assistance

Currently, we ship only within India.
